Returns

You must examine your flags when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Cockatoo Creations at once. We will notify the shipper who may choose to investigate the loss or damage, so please retain all packing materials for 30 days. Our company will not consider any claim for damaged, defective, or missing items more than ten (10) business days from the shipping date. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with a like item.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! In the unlikely event that you are not, we will cheerfully accept your return. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and contained in the original packaging. In most cases, you will be responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt of your item, we will refund the purchase price of that item. Shipping costs are, of course, non-refundable.
