Shipping Time -- For most orders, we will ship the first flag in 1-3 business days. For the remainder of your subscription, your order will be shipped at or about the same time each month. To provide the best possible selection each month, some of our flags may ship from locations other than North Carolina. Alternate warehouses and manufacturers may have different shipping times and different holidays; Cockatoo Creations has no control over the shipping schedules of these warehouses. Orders are generally not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, pandemics, or product availability.
Shipping Destinations -- We currently only ship to destinations within the United States of America.
